Refund & Cancellation Policy

At S&S Consulting, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction consulting services with professionalism and transparency. This policy outlines the terms regarding service cancellations and refund eligibility.

 

 

 

1. Cancellations

    •    Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule consulting appointments or project coordination services.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a partial charge based on the time and resources allocated.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    •    Duplicate or erroneous payments

    •    Cancellation with adequate notice (before services are rendered)

    •    Non-performance of services due to an error or scheduling issue on our part

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be granted for:

    •    Services already completed

    •    Client dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not outlined in writing

    •    Missed appointments without prior cancellation

 

4. Refund Process

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to snsconsult@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
